What does a volcano has to do with coaching?

Well, coachingandweb has the answer today ;-)

We think that sometimes an event may trigger creativity. Facing an unpredictable event such as a volcano eruption, may generate creative ideas.

A volcano eruption such as the one near Eyjafjallajoekull, in Iceland, causes a gigantic damage to our way of travelling and trading. It disrupts the world wide safety and economy. Despite the very unfortunate chaos that it generates, we can ask ourselves the question: how does one adapt herself or himself to the disruption. Nature is expressing itself, and we have to deal with it. So, what can we find to solve the problem? Let’s think about it and be creative and constructive!
